Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation & Security

To register on sm8845, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only create one account. sm8845 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to any user found to have created multiple accounts.

Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
All information provided during account registration must be accurate and up to date.
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to sm8845 immediately.
Creating an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
Sm8845 may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time.

User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

All users must conduct themselves ethically and lawfully while using the platform. sm8845 is dedicated to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment.

Cheating or misconduct toward other users is strictly prohibited.
Using software or bots to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
Using sm8845 for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly forbidden.
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the system is a punishable offence.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on sm8845 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We support popular payment methods in Bangladesh for both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

Deposits must be made only through your own account.

If false information is provided or identity verification fails.
Upon receipt of a court order or government directive.

The decision to refund any valid balance upon account closure rests solely with sm8845. Bonus funds may be forfeited.
